Winners of the Icelandic fisheries awards 2008 The fourth Icelandic Fisheries Awards ceremony was held tonight in The Tower, Smáralind. A total of 13 awards were presented to companies and individuals. The purpose of these awards is to recognise the people and companies, both in Iceland and from overseas, who have made outstanding contributions to the commercial fishing industry. The Winners will be able to display the awards logo on their marketing materials.
